Re: Can Hope Uzodinma Be Trusted? What Henry Nwawuba is Asking 

Our attention have been drawn to an ill-intended gibberish written by a faceless and non existent 'Emeka Iwuji', purporting to have met with Rt Hon Henry Nwawuba at a never held thanksgiving service of nobody, and at no location, wherein the author claimed to have interviewed Rt Hon Henry Nwawuba, and by himself, made up answers tailored to the achievement of his mischievous intentions and his puppeteers. 

For the records and for the singular imperative of diffusing the garbage muddled up by the hired contractor and pseudo armchair journalist, we take it a duty to inform members of the public that Rt Hon Henry Nwawuba has not attended any public function anywhere in Imo State since joining the APC, including  thanksgiving services. In the same vein, Rt Hon Nwawuba has not granted interview to any media outlet- be it conventional or new media, or to any freelance journalist. Most importantly, Rt Hon Nwawuba did not drop any outlandish remark about the performing Governor of Imo State, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodinma, implicitly or explicitly.

Of a truth, if Rt Hon Henry Nwawuba's remarks were to be reminisced and referenced, it should be what he said on the 24th of April, 2023, at his formal reception into the APC at the Ndubuisi Kanu Square, Owerri, where he committed to merge forces with other political leaders in Mbaitoli/Ikeduru to ensure the victory of Gov Hope Uzodinma in the 11th November, 2023, WALKOVER governorship election in Imo State. 

What is crystal clear is that the contractor journalist and his co-travellers are embittered and frustrated over their party's loss of a golden fish and bankroller, Rt Hon Henry Nwawuba, to the camp of the daily swelling Imo APC. 

We see their resort to unproductive shameful disinformation as the last kick of a dying horse and an effortless desperation to plant confidence crisis and throw wedge in the smooth working relationship between Rt Hon Henry Nwawuba and Gov Hope Uzodinma. It is more like the simplest way of ventilating their anger and frustration over the bruises and rough patches their party is condemned to suffer since Rt Hon Nwawuba left them.

More is that they are fidgeting over the expected result Rt Hon Nwawuba's striking partnership with Gov Hope Uzodinma under Imo APC will produce in the 11th November, 2023 Imo Gubernatorial election. It is obvious that people like the author of the fake news have started showing early signs of pre-election defeat trauma.

We hereby wish to inform the general public that there is no person or any practicing journalist in Imo State identified as "Emeka Iwuji". The said Emeka Iwuji is a ghost who only exist in the blues and never met Rt Hon Henry Nwawuba anywhere on earth.

The piece of trash alleging Rt Hon Henry Nwawuba granted interview to the pseudo  Emeka Iwuji is a falsehood of no comparison therefore, should be discountenance and disregarded in its entirety. Rt. Hon. Nwawuba is a lover of progressive and investigative journalism and will parley with journalist in Abuja in June 2023 after a successful handover to his successor.
